West Dekle Automotive specializes in automotive replacement parts and accessories for various vehicle makes and models.
While we strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and images are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
3. Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected part is compatible with their vehicle before placing an order. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact our customer support with your vehicle's year, make, model, engine size and VIN (when available), and we'll check it for you.
West Dekle Automotive is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect purchases due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing, and modify product availability at any time.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or payment issues.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
7. Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Damaged, incorrect and lost shipments are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
9. Warranty
Parts come with a 60-day limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, unless a different warranty is stated on the product page. Some parts are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty instead. See our Warranty page for coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim.
Except for the warranty described on our Warranty page, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided "as is" and "as available."
10. Product Installation
Many automotive parts require professional installation. West Dekle Automotive is not responsible for improper or incorrect installation, labor costs, vehicle damage, personal injury, or additional repair expenses caused by improper installation or misuse of products.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Dekle Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of business, vehicle downtime, labor expenses, or towing charges arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, text, website design and trademarks, is the property of West Dekle Automotive or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
