Every part we sell is new. If a part fails because of a defect in material or workmanship, here's how we make it right.
Our 60-day limited warranty
West Dekle Automotive parts come with a 60-day limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. It starts on the date the original purchaser or installer receives the part, unless a different warranty is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
- We'll replace a defective part with the same part.
- If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund of the part's price to the original purchaser.
- For approved warranty claims we send a prepaid return label.
Parts with a manufacturer's warranty
Some parts are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty, which will be stated on the product page. For those parts, the manufacturer's warranty is the only remedy for a defect or failure. Some manufacturers ask you to register the product to activate the warranty, so please follow the instructions that come with the part. We disclaim any other express or implied warranties for parts covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from weather or the environment, such as rain, snow, hail, road salt or natural disasters.
- Damage from an accident or collision, or caused by other faulty parts.
- Damage from incorrect installation, abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, alteration or modification.
- Labor costs, and incidental or consequential costs. Examples include towing, rental vehicles, loss of use of the vehicle, lost time, air freight, accommodation, or personal injury and property damage.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at support@westdekle.com or 786 652 5647 (Mon–Sat 9 AM–7 PM ET). Have your order number ready, plus photos of the defect.
- Once we approve the claim, we'll send you a return authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include your original order invoice. Returns without an RMA number or invoice can't be accepted.
- When we receive the part, we'll ship your replacement or issue your refund.
General limitations
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and can't be transferred.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the part.
- The warranty doesn't cover packages that are lost or stolen while you're shipping them to us. Because you're the shipper, any claim has to be filed by you with the carrier.
- This warranty is your exclusive remedy for a defective part. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Where the law doesn't allow implied warranties to be disclaimed, they're limited to the length of this written warranty.
- Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
- No one is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. If any part of it becomes invalid or unenforceable under the law, the rest stays in effect.
For returns that aren't warranty claims, such as a part you no longer need, see our Shipping & Returns policy.
