1. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Defective or Used Parts: Any parts that have been installed, put into use, have failed after installation, or are not working as intended.

Delivery Disputes: Orders where carrier tracking shows the package was successfully delivered to the listed address (and signatures are not required), but the customer states it was not received.

Buyer's Remorse: Parts that are simply no longer needed.
2. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Original shipping and handling costs will also be withheld from any issued credit.
3. Eligible Replacements or Credits
We will gladly issue a replacement or a credit for the following issues:

Lost in Transit: The package never reached its final destination.

Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a part different from what was on your original order (e.g., you ordered one specific part number but received a differently labeled part).

Damaged Items: The product arrived damaged. Note: All transit damages must be reported to us within 2 business days of the order being delivered.

Stock Availability: If a replacement is warranted but we no longer have the product in stock, we will issue a credit instead.
4. How to Submit a Claim
To determine if your affected order qualifies for a replacement or refund, our customer service team requires the following information:
