Shipping
- Free shipping on every order within the United States.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on the carrier's website.
30-Day Returns
If a part isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as:
- The part is unused and uninstalled, in its original condition.
- It's in the original packaging.
- You include proof of purchase (your order number).
Return Shipping
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- Our mistake: if we sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping.
- Ordering mistake: if the part we sent matches your order (for example, it was ordered for a different vehicle or is no longer needed), return shipping is your responsibility.
We'll confirm which applies when we review your request and issue your RMA. Not sure a part fits? Contact us before you order and we'll check it for you.
Items We Can't Accept for Return
- Parts that have been installed, used, or modified.
- Parts damaged by misuse or improper installation.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders
We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a credit if:
- Your part arrived damaged. Please report transit damage within 2 business days of delivery.
- You received the wrong part, meaning a different part number than the one you ordered.
- Your package was lost in transit and never reached its destination.
If a replacement is warranted but the part is out of stock, we'll issue a credit instead.
Please note: if carrier tracking shows a package was delivered to the address on the order (with no signature required), we're unable to replace it as lost.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or the carrier can't deliver it, a 15% restocking fee applies, and original shipping and handling costs are deducted from any credit.
How to Start a Return or Claim
- Email us at support@westdekleautomotive.com with your order number, the part number(s), and the reason for your return or claim.
- For damaged or incorrect parts, attach photos that clearly show the outer packaging, the shipping label, the product, and the product labels.
- We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please don't send items back without an RMA.
- Pack the part securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange a part, return the original using the steps above and place a new order for the part you need.
