Thank you for your business. We strive to supply our customers with the highest quality aftermarket parts. To maintain competitive pricing and streamline our operations, please review our return and replacement guidelines below.

1. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Defective or Used Parts: Any parts that have been installed, put into use, have failed after installation, or are not working as intended.

• Delivery Disputes: Orders where carrier tracking shows the package was successfully delivered to the listed address (and signatures are not required), but the customer states it was not received.

• Buyer's Remorse: Parts that are simply no longer needed.

2. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

• If a shipment is refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

• Original shipping and handling costs will also be withheld from any issued credit.

3. Eligible Replacements or Credits

We will gladly issue a replacement or a credit for the following issues:

• Lost in Transit: The package never reached its final destination.

• Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a part different from what was on your original order (e.g., you ordered one specific part number but received a differently labeled part).

• Damaged Items: The product arrived damaged. Note: All transit damages must be reported to us within 2 business days of the order being delivered.

• Stock Availability: If a replacement is warranted but we no longer have the product in stock, we will issue a credit instead.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To determine if your affected order qualifies for a replacement or refund, our customer service team requires the following information:

• Your order number.

• The affected part number(s) along with a note specifying the exact issue.

• Supporting images, which must clearly show:

• The outer packaging.

• The shipping label.

• The damaged product.

• The product labels.
